Last Can is made by Timotej Sofijanović, an independent developer in Croatia ("we"). These terms apply when you use the Last Can app. Questions: lastcanapp@gmail.com.
Apple's license comes first
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement. These terms add to it. If the two ever disagree about the license itself, Apple's agreement wins.
Who it's for
Last Can is for adults who use nicotine pouches and want to cut down or quit. You need to be 18 or older to use it.
Not medical advice
Last Can is a tracker and a plan you choose yourself. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace a doctor or pharmacist. Cutting down can bring cravings, irritability or trouble sleeping. If quitting feels hard, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart or other health condition, or take medicine, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Money figures in the app are estimates, worked out from the prices and counts you enter.
Subscription
- Last Can Pro unlocks the app. You can pick weekly, with a free trial for new subscribers, or yearly. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
- Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Apple handles payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights to cancel or withdraw under consumer law apply through Apple.
- If the price ever goes up, Apple tells you first and, where the law requires it, asks you to agree.
Your data
Your logs, plan and prices are stored on your iPhone, not with us, so we can't restore them if they're lost. Your iPhone backup keeps them. What the app may send us, and only with your permission, is in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or get around the subscription. We may change, improve or remove features. If we ever stop offering Last Can, we'll tell you in the app first.
Liability
We build Last Can carefully, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for decisions you make based on the app's numbers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Brands
Brand names shown in the app belong to their owners. Last Can isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any nicotine pouch maker.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you use Last Can as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters to you.
